Once an order is placed, it is processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
There is no minimum order quantity required to qualify for free shipping.
All shipping and delivery costs are fully covered by Lune & Rose.
Shipping Process
To offer competitive pricing, orders may be consolidated and shipped in batches. This means that your order may be shipped once a minimum shipment volume has been reached.
While this approach may occasionally result in slightly longer delivery times, it allows us to maintain fair pricing and efficient logistics.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to become available after shipment.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If the carrier confirms that an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Lune & Rose is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
That said, we are happy to assist by providing tracking details or supporting you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs or delays may occur. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays & High Order Volume
During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
While we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside of our control.
